My company owes me 1200 to 1500 dollars in back pay what do i do?

Ok i was suppose to get a deptartment raise about 15 months ago of around 50 cents. I know it doesnt sound like alot but in 15 months or so it adds up to around 1200 to 1500 dollars. I tried talking to my manager and the HR coordinator and its done nothing numerous times. Now ive gone above my manager and talked to the DM they said they would do something about this but still has to. I have emailed them and called them numerous times but either ignores my calls or doesnt respond back. Dont i have any laws or anything protecting me from this. I have papers stating i should have gotten the raise but it never showed up. Small claims court is a good idea but would i win against a fortune 500 company and could i go for intrest. Or should i just contact the labor board and if I do that can they fire me.
