I'm in Ukraine and need help about people?

So we are in a city called Ivano-Frankivsk and we ( me and my friend ) were walking in the city's center at night and we saw two girls hugging each other like silly people, so me and my friend kept walking past them but when we got close to them they purposely bumped into me with brute force while they were hugging , and they started to laugh, so what is wrong with them?
