How do you open a bottle of soy sauce?

It's kikkoman, 5 oz, red lid with little spouts on either side. I removed the plastic wrap, and the red lid won't open. I tried screwing it off with a jar opener tool. I tried flipping it off. Nothing comes out of the spouts, so there must be a seal under the lid.
