Who was the the rude unreasonable one?

Where i work everyone is quite casual and relaxed compared to other companies that do our sort of work, e.g. we dont wear ties we swear and tell rude jokes in the office etc. So today a difficult client who is used to being placated and not used to being insulted came in. I was trying to negotiate some business with him but he kept getting calls on his cell phone and would have long conversations with whoever called him while i sat there impatiently, and then he started to act unreasonable and get narky just because i kept glaring at him and tapping my watch while he was talking to someone. So he said "excuse me but I do other business, you are not the most important person in the world." So I said "listen you corpsef**ker, stop being a selfish c**t and just negotiate the motherf**king business with me" He looked stunned and then went on about never being treated 'so rudely' and cancelled his business with us so I told him good riddance and made quite a few cracks about his big fat a*s as he was leaviing. So who do you think was unreasonable, me or him?
