Your measurements sound good, and you don't NEED to lose weight. If you wanna tone up, that's a different story. I'm also 5'2, and when I was your weight, I had lots of fat, and carried a lot of it in my hips and thighs. Now that I'm 105 - 110, I'm slim, toned, and mostly proportionate. So it's basically your body type, how you feel about it, and your body fat percentage.
