Trouble breathing, strange wooziness, gas, ringing ears, stomachaches after eating, etc?
For the past few months, I've been having some trouble with my health. I've been to several doctors, but none of them can tell me anything useful. I found out that I am allergic to many gres, molds, trees, etc. I also have been switching birth control pills, which I take for PCOS, out of fear it may be a cause, at least partially. One doctor tried to tell me I have anxiety, although I don't have much to be anxious about. Others say allergies, one suggested I have sleep apnea, I've had an echocardiogram to check for heart problems, came back fine. Had a blood clot test when it first started, I went to the ER at the time. They thought it was a bad reaction to some Claritin I took that morning. When it first started, it was in the car on a trip, on the way back I had trouble breathing and dizziness, and my fingers, toes, and face/ears felt kind of numb. Anyway, it's been a few months now and some days I feel mostly fine, and other days (like today) I feel terrible. The thing that concerns me most is the breathing troubles and wooziness. I can't describe them, but the breathing trouble is a shortness of breath, and it is very scary. The wooziness is.. just a feeling like my balance is off or something. It helps to lay down, usually. I do get headaches pretty often, and the past few days I've been getting stomachaches after I eat anything, even something as simple as broth with mushrooms. I also have been getting ringing in my ears, today I had it in my right ear, twice. This never happened so often before. I also have been getting bad gas. Earlier when I had a particularly bad breathing problem, I also had bad gas, and then a bit later, diarrhea. I also (for some reason) seem to have small coughing fits, one of which just happened after the breathing trouble. It may be worth mentioning that I do have acid reflux. I'm only 17, by the way, and female. No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, nothing like that. I should be healthy. Does anyone have some idea what might be wrong with me? Nothing is adding up..
