Ok, so if I was having an air soft battle, could the air soft pellets pierce me or hurt me if I was wearing:?

You sound pretty protected, as long as you have some sort of mercy rule you'll be fine. If you get shot from 3-4 feet away... of course it'll break skin, the higher the fps the farther the mercy rule should be if you're trying to avoid blood. I once played with a guy with a 600 fps VSR-10 that shot .30 Graphite BBs.... if you ever come across that.... you'll definitely want a vest or some sort of armored protection ;)
