I'm having an ipod crisis! expert help required please please please!!?

Do you still have all the songs on your Ipod or did you sync it with your computer. If you do use the program: MusicRescue from download.com, thats what I did and it worked fantastic. It's shareware but you can just click OKAY at the popups and it will continue.
