Does anyone know who wrote this poem?

Here it is: The song of the Bird for Parden, The kiss of the Sun for Mirth, One is nearer Gods Heart in a garden than anywhere else on Earth. I think this poem is beautiful. I saw it on a stone boulder when I used to work in a Hotel.
