because some don't feel the necessity, they probably figure they won't be recognized, and bodyguards would give the notion that someone "important" must be coming through, thus drawing more attention.... plus they're bloody expensive

Am i choosing the right body fat percent?

okay when i heard my 5.6% body fat was bad for me and i needed to move it up to like 7% and i did in about 6 month and about 1 year later i heard about BRUCE LEE lean body and his body fat was like at 5% so i thought i should cut back to my original fat% but i heard he died from it though? What should i do since he is my idol do i stay at 7%.? im 17 btw

How do you open a bottle of soy sauce?

It's kikkoman, 5 oz, red lid with little spouts on either side. I removed the plastic wrap, and the red lid won't open. I tried screwing it off with a jar opener tool. I tried flipping it off. Nothing comes out of the spouts, so there must be a seal under the lid.

Over new kitchen ceiling drywall, should I use the faced or non-faced R-30 insulation in my full attic?

the facing is pretty much to hold it in place until the sheetrock is installed. if the rock is up id say unfaced should be fine
